Getting started with Smart911 is easy. Please follow the steps below to register for an account and creating your Safety Profile.
- Go to https://www.smart911.com/

Click on the Sign Up button
- Fill out the registration form. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk(*).

Click the Create Account button

Enter your address information and click Continue. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk(*).

Use the map to confirm your address. Move the pin if necessary. Click the Confirm this Address button
- Confirm you account via text or phone call. Click on of the following options"
- Confirm by Text Message
- Confirm by Phone Call

Schedule a Later Call

Enter the code you received by text or phone call and click the 'Confirm by....' button

Set your Notification Preferences.
- Select the contacts you want to receive alerts (phone numbers and/or email addresses) AND
- If available, select notifications from local public safety agencies. You can specify if you want text, voice or email messaging for each notification available.
- Click the Save button

You're done! You have successfully created a basic Smart911 Profile. You have the option to update your Smart911 Profile with additional details; addresses, people, contact methods, important medical information and more, but this is not required.
