To create a Smart911 profile you simply need to register for Smart911. When you complete registration, Smart911 will automatically direct you to your Smart911 profile and will send a message to your registered email address confirming your account.
However, just because you have a profile does not automatically mean it will be shared. For your Smart911 profile to shared when call 9-1-1 you must:
- Opt-in to sharing your Safety Profile
- Verify the phone(s) listed in your profile
