If you have forgotten your User ID please take the following steps:

Click on the 'Forgot User ID or Password?' link

Click on the ' I forgot my User ID' button

Use your Email Address OR 'Continue without email'
- If you chose Option A (using your email address)

Enter your email address and click the 'Submit' button. You will receive the following notification

- If you chose Option B (continue without email)
- Enter the Last Name and Phone number associated with your account
- Select 'Text Me' or 'Call Me' to receive your account Username

If you attempt to enter a UserID that you receive in an email and Smart911 tells you it's invalid, double-check to ensure the UserID has been entered correctly, copy-pasting when possible (be sure not to include any spaces).
