What do I do if I forget my User ID?

If you have forgotten your User ID please take the following steps:

1.  Click this link to go to the Smart911 Login Page:  LOGIN PAGE 

2. Click on the 'Forgot User ID or Password?' link

   

3. Click on the ' I forgot my User ID' button

   

4. Use your Email Address OR 'Continue without email'

   

5. If you chose Option A (using your email address)

   1. Enter your email address and click the 'Submit' button. You will receive the following notification

      

6. If you chose Option B (continue without email)
   1. Enter the Last Name and Phone number associated with your account
   2. Select 'Text Me' or 'Call Me' to receive your account Username

7. If you attempt to enter a UserID that you receive in an email and Smart911 tells you it's invalid, double-check to ensure the UserID has been entered correctly, copy-pasting when possible (be sure not to include any spaces).
