Viewing and updating your safety profile is easy. Simply log into Smart911, using this link: LOG IN
The first page you will be directed to is your Safety Profile. All information associated with your profile is presented on this page. You have complete control over the information stored in your profile and you can make changes at any time.
Once you log in your Smart911 Profile is presented. Each profile element can be edited and new profile elements can be added to each section. The screenshot below shows a subset of the Profile elements that you can view and update.
- Edit address information for a person in your profile
- Provide descriptions and medical information about any member of your household
- Remove a person
- Add a new person
- Edit basic and detailed address information OR delete an address
- Add a new Address
- Edit or remove a phone number
- Add a new phone number
