Smart911 users have the ability to tell if their phone number has been confirmed, or is in need of confirmation.
If your phone number has not been confirmed, you will see the following after logging in to your Safety Profile:
You can confirm your phone number by clicking the 'Yes' button in the above dialog, or you can click on 'Confirm now' in the 'Phones' section, pictured below.
After clicking confirm, you will be brought to a second page where you will be asked to choose a method of confirmation:
After confirming, you should see a success message on the next page for further validation:
After completing the confirmation, you should no longer see a prompt on your profile homepage asking to confirm your phone number.
