Smart911 users decide what information and how much information they want to include in their Safety Profile. It is your responsibility to keep the information up-to-date.
The information you add to your profile allows you to protect your family in the way that best meets your needs. You may change, add, and remove information whenever you choose to do so. As you add additional information to your profile, your profile strength indicator at the top of the page will change to reflect overall profile completeness.
It is not necessary to have your profile strength at 100%, but if you would like to see tips on improving it you can click on the "Improve Profile" button at any time.
